Russell Turner becomes NSWRLRA Life Member

Early in November Penrith Life Member Russell Turner was presented with Life Membership of the NSWRLRA. Russell has had an outstanding career both on and off the field, Touch Judging over 400 games in the NRL.

Russell continues to be a very valuable representative to all members of the Association as all up and coming referees inspire to achieve what Russell has.
