When are our meetings?

Penrith Referees meet bi-monthly on a Thursday night, in place of Association training from February to September. Meetings commence at 7:30pm and are held in the Chairman’s Lounge at Panthers Stadium, located on Mulgoa Road, Penrith. Specific dates can be found in the Association Calendar, this is available in the Association App.

When is training?

During the season, training is held every Thursday night at 6:30pm at either Bluebet Stadium (Training Field), or at Nepean Crossfit. Training will always be on. During inclement weather, be sure to keep an eye on the Association’s App to be informed where training will be located

What happens if it’s raining on game day?

All games will be on unless you have been contacted and told otherwise via phone, email, or on the Association App.

What should I do if I have a send off or an incident during my game?

Please refer to the instructions on the Association App.

When will I get my appointments?

Generally, we have the appointments out to you via email on Monday or Tuesday and posted to the Association App. If you have not seen your appointments by Wednesday night, and believe you should have been appointed, please contact the Saturday Coordinator or the Director of Referee Development.

What should I do if I can’t referee on a day or am unable to referee the games that I am appointed to?

You must complete the unavailability from on the Associaiton App. Please complete this as early as possible, if you become unavailable within 7 days of the weekend you are unavailable. Please contact the Director of Referee Development (for Sundays) or the Saturday Coordinator (for Saturdays) ASAP to let them know so that they can ensure you’re not appointed to any games for which you’ll be unavailable.

If you have been appointed to a game that you are no longer available for, please make contact with your Coordinator ASAP by phone so that the appointments can be changed. DO NOT rely on Facebook or Twitter. It is your responsibility to make direct contact with the relevant Appointments Manager by phone.
