PANTHERS SIGN UP TO SUPPORT PENRITH REFEREES’

Panthers Group have signed a 3 year deal to support the Penrith Referees’ Association and become the Associate Sponsor, commencing in 2020. 

This sponsorship agreement will see the Panthers logo appear on the back of the Penrith Referees’ jersey until the end of 2022. 

Panthers Chairman Dave O’Neill said “There is no question that the recruitment, training and development of referees is essential to the success and growth of Rugby League”, when he spoke on the sponsorship. 

This will largely assist the Association which currently officiates in over 280 matches throughout the Penrith district, during the season. 

When asked what this Sponsorship meant to the Association the Chairman of our Association Gary said “this significant commitment from Panthers is a major boost for our Association, it will help continue our development of our existing referees. While also helping to encouraging more people to begin refereeing”. 

We look forward to this partnership growing and cannot wait to see what the future holds for both Organisations.
